Shipping Instructions:

First - Call in advance!

Package your specimen in a styrofoam cooler.  You may need to thaw your hide out a bit so that it fits properly. 

Be sure it is fully re-frozen prior to shipping to ensure the maximum amount of lead-time possible.  Wrap in a plastic trash bag to contain any fluid that may thaw.  Place your cooler in an appropriate cardboard box and seal well with tape.  Ship by your preferred carrier, however be sure it's not more then a 2 day delivery time.

This is considered a residential address and will help to lower the shipping costs vs shipping to a business address.

Only ship your package out on a Mon. or Tues. to allow for any postal service delays.

• Hunting License # and Seal/Tag #
• Deposit - Check or M.O.
• Telephone # 
• E-mail addy if available

Please place this information inside a sealed ziplock bag to ensure it doesn't get damaged.

Please remember that due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping may

result in your trophy arriving at our shop in a spoiled condition.  We are not liable

for damages which may occur while in transit. 

             Shipping Insurance is suggested, but not required.
